Coral Ridge is located west of the Intracoastal and east of US 1, between Commercial Boulevard and Sunrise. The community is comprised of a wide variety of single family homes, apartments, townhomes and condominiums situated on generous deep water canal, golf course and/or dry lots.

Homes original to the area were built between the 1950’s and 1970’s.  Many have been completely renovated and others re-developed.
